General Information
Refunds are not given for missed classes. Our program allows for
unlimited attendance. A student may make up missed classes by increasing
their attendance the next week.
Your membership remains in force at all times. Failure to attend class
for any reason does not relieve you of the responsibility to keep your membership
current. ( The rent is still due even if you are on vacation!)
Students may rejoin the program at any time as long as your account is
current.
Tuition fees are due on the date listed on your membership agreement. A
$5.00 late charge is added to all accounts after 10 days. Accounts more
than 45 days late are subject to collection. There will be a $25.00 charge
for returned checks.
Discounts apply to all family members residing in the same household.
Discounts are as follows: 20% for two, 25% for three, 30% for four or
more.
Guardian Martial Arts observes all major holidays and
will be closed for:

New Years Day - January 1st

Memorial Day

Independence Day

Labor Day

Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday)

Christmas (24th and 25th)

New Years Eve - December 31st
We are also closed for inclement weather as defined
by the Gwinnett County Schools.
In
addition we close one week a year for vacation and general maintenance.
Advanced notice is given as to when this closing will occur.
